For us to be healthy it's important that we look after our feelings as well as our body. Emotional well-being is equally as important as physical well-being. 

On the bottom of this page you'll find an Easy Read PDF booklet written by Public Health Wales (NHS). The booklet was released back in April 2020, but the information and messages it contains remain useful to us all today.

The subject of the booklet is how to 'look after your feelings and your body', and it contains information and tips that could help you look after yourself during the lockdown period.
