Background

Llwybrau Llesiant is a project by Gwynedd Council's Learning Disability Service.

This project is funded by the Welsh Government's Integrated Care fund. 

Our goal is to develop the potential of adults with learning disabilities by following different well-being pathways.

What is the purpose of this website?

• To share useful information with individuals with learning disabilities on one central platform.
• To share messages, news and timetables of activities in Gwynedd.
• To highlight what is happening in your area through timetables, photos and videos.
• To give individuals the means to choose which activities they will attend according to their interests and aspirations.
