The Structure of the Team
The Llwybrau Llesiant team is a team of 11, and they sit within Gwynedd Council’s Learning Disability Service.
The members of the team include:
- Lead Practitioner
- 7 Wellbeing Officers
- 2 Social workers
- Wellbeing Trainee
